When both parents haven't been added, you shouldn't get this phrase unless you somehow have a "ghost marriage" for the parents. When one parent has been entered, you have the option of Unknown or blank. In Legacy 8 see Options - Customise 3.11 (This setting set for Unknown will show if you have an Unknown-Unknown "marriage" as will the Marriage List.) You want the setting "blank" if you don't want "unknown" in reports.
