If it has the full version of Windows, then Legacy should run ok. But think twice about the 7" screen. I have a 7" Kindle Fire and the screen is pretty small for viewing - I plan on going up to a 8.4" tablet just to be able to see better, but don't want a 10" because that's too big to carry around all the time.
