Scott, I use Dragon. Once it is installed you have a task bar. My Dragon is quite slow to open so you may have to wait awhile for the task bar to come up. If the center dot is red, you need to turn your microphone on by clicking the red dot. It will then turn green. You can drag the Dragon task bar over to your Legacy screen. Once you get your cursor blinking in the field you wish to input to, pull down "tools" to "dictation box" and speak the text you wish to input. That is all there is to it.
