Hi Nancy, Tagging is turned on in Options - Customise 1.5 Nine tags show most places but in the Name List there are only 3 visible columns for tags so you need to decide which tags to show.
One hidden way of finding your way around some of the useful but not on the surface features of Legacy is Help - Help Index - Using Legacy-Tips and Tricks - General Tips and Tricks. This shows the various Legacy screens with pointers to what things are or what can be done.
