Hello Elizabeth,
I am wondering what the  in the first sentence signifies. After Ancestry.com,
, and the other four in your post.
Maybe my program is not interpreting something.

Subject: [LegacyUG] reg Lumpers vs. Splitters

Does anyone have a suggestion of the 'Best Way' to add a Source that is taken
from a on-line tree such as Ancestry.com,  FaÂmilySearch, RootsWeb, etc.?
Up to a few days ago, I created a Master Source "on-linetreename.com", from
there created a Source Detail with that listed the Tree's name and owner. In
the Text/Comments box, I added whatever information I had copied; in the
"Comments Optional" box, I listed the url to the particular individual of
interest.
Recently, I wanted to refer to an on-line.com tree that I knew I had Sourced
before, but, couldn't find my source notation and spent 1/2 an hour searching
both in Legacy and on-line!  Major problem, which caused me to question this
method of entering this particular Source.  What wonderful timing that in
today's Legacy tips e-mail the article on 'Lumpers vs Splitters' should address
this very subject - Thank you Wendy (I would live in New Zealand if I could).Â
There is not a Master Source in SourceWriter that seems to fit though - the
on-line.com profile page is not a 1). Family Group Sheet,  2).GEDCOM file.
Legacy Family Tree user since v6.0 with 42261 individuals with 31810

  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
