The Picture Center is on the Tools Ribbon. Note it only deals with image files so unless your documents are actually images, it won't help you. Other media are shown with the placeholder image for sound, video, docs.
To get a list of the media and the people they are attached to, use the View Ribbon - Scrapbook.
