Under Options in the location master list, try unchecking 'Jump with Edit Sorting'. You can click 'Help' in that screen, and scroll down to that part of the help screen.

Doing it one by one, but I stop and do the "Add USA" and combine duplicates frequently. Most of the problems are commas I stuck in before I knew what I was doing. (I guess that presupposes I know what I am doing not, which is not necessarily the case.) The main problem that takes so much time is that one cannot go through in order, because every time an entry is corrected, the screen jumps to the corrected list item and I have to find my place all over again. Is there a fix of any kind for this? A way that allows the list to remain at the same spot the incorrect item was located, so I can move on to the next one to be corrected without having to hunt for it? Like a little switch that toggles (wishful thinking, no doubt.) Thanks for any helpful hints. Jane S.
