Hi, I am new to using Legacy and to this group and I was hoping someone could guide me on how to correct the potential problems indicated by the red exclamation marks in my legacy program.
I am used to putting all surnames in upper case and I know I had the option of checking that was how I wanted it when I bought the program online. But, because of problems encountered when I bought it and my having to complete the form several times, it wasn't checked when it all went throgh finally. Now I keep getting the red exclamation marks, even though I have gone into Customise page checked I wish surnames to be upper case and saved it several times. It is very annoying to see the problem still showing and if I ignore the icons, I might miss a genuine problem. What else can I do to correct this. I do not want to start having the surnames differently.
