Searching in Legacy will only find "people who ..." or "marriages who", so although you can Search for Master Sources or Source Citations which match given criteria, the results returned will be the people or marriages to which the matching Source or Citation is linked. It is, though, perfectly possible to Search & Replace among Sources and this is more precise because you can Search specific fields within a Source such as Source Name or Citation Text or whatever. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://support.legacyfamilytree.com Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
