Hi Nan,
You don't have to do them individually. That's not a sensible way to
exclude people from the all caps surname PP.

If they're all back again and they had all gone away, then check that
you've opened the same file.

Make sure that you change the PP criteria for everyone. Perhaps you
ended up on the wrong screen and just excluded one person.
Go to the right screen from Tools Ribbon - Potential Problems.
I've done this for numbers of people at a Legacy User Group - or watched
while they did it following instructions.
