If you leave the default text of Descendants of [FullName] in both
places you will see that the heading changes according to which Ancestor
is featured on that page.

For example, if you are reporting on the Descendants of William Chalmers
and John Doe, the pages for William's descendants will show "Descendants
of William Chalmers" and the pages showing John's descendants will show
"Descendants of John Doe."

I wouldn't bother to change that, but you can change either or both to
whatever you want.
