I have had Legacy "go away" while it is doing something, like doing a search
in another database in the FamilyTree application. The MS program reports
that Legacy has quit, but after a short while it comes back with whatever it
was looking for. Very few of the programs I use do this, so it took a while
for me to understand that it was just Legacy doing it's thing and thus not
being available to respond until it completes it's task. Other programs will
do remote tasks, but they usually give some indication that they are still
there. I wonder if Legacy could do that?
