This should be simple, right?  Yet I cannot seem to find where to do this...

You would be helping me out sooo much if someone could clue me in

(the reason I am doing this is I entered data from a research trip into a
separate Legacy file and it will help me to see all of this in a report
format; I'm hoping I can somehow even get a field for the sources)
