Well I started a totally new email account and subscribed and received this
email, which I still have not received through my old account. So hopefully it
means the new account is at least working.

Apologies to everyone who has had to receive these messages. Thanks Brian for
the information below.

Regards - June

The message headers of your email indicate the use of IronPort Spam Assassin
either by you or your ISP. Check your email settings on your ISP's account
setup...not the email settings on your local computer, program, or device. If
you have any sort of "Spam Assassin" option through your ISP, you may want to
disable it and see if that works. You'd then have to resort to filtering out
the junk mail on your own computer. If you don't want to do that, then try
contacting your ISP again and see if they can make whatever changes are
necessary to prevent IronPort from stopping the LegacyUserGroup messages. But
if your ISP is like most, good luck getting anybody who knows anything other
than what they've been taught to say, "The problem is not on our end.". They
can easily look at the AV logs and see legacyusergroup messages being filtered
out but they're too busy playing solitaire.
