Thanks. That's what I was finding. I guess the easiest way to change it is to change the tick box on the main event screen to not private and come up with another name for those that need to stay private for the time being, or just remember to tick the box to begin with. Like I said, it was obvious that I needed to do some housekeeping, so that is what I'm doing. It's surprising how "messy" files can become when you work on them, sometimes when you are not as awake as you should be... Gail
