Hi Barton,
Of course you can.
On the Assigned Sources page for a person, look for the arrows to move
sources up and down on the left above the Source Clipboard.
If you really mean you want to order the Events, you can either sort by
date or find the arrows labelled Set Order on the Individual Edit Screen.
