Could you expand on what you mean by “recognised”?



Is it:



1)      When you go to Add Media –> Video it won’t let you create a link to the 
.m4a file at all?

2)      Once linked, it won’t let you play the file.



There are different solutions depending upon whether the issue is 1 or 2 (or 
something else).
