With Legacy closed, navigate to the Documents\Legacy Family
Tree\_AppData\Usr folder and delete the Legacy2.usr file.

The file will be recreated when you go back into Legacy.

That should resolve the issue. If you continue to have problems,
please send in a Problem Report from, either from the Support section
on the Legacy Home tab or our website www.LegacyFamilyTree.com > Help
Center.
