That is a puzzlement, as the King said in "The King and I". It looks
like your installation of Legacy 8 is using the My Podcasts folder
instead of your My Documents as the root folder for the Legacy folders.
Is your data file in the C:\Users\Mark Wilson\My Podcasts\Legacy Family
Tree\Data folder as well?

What are your default locations in the Go to Options > Customize >
Locations screen?
