I've got a problem with extra sources being assigned every time I use the source clipboard.
I open the clipboard and enter the information in the fields, then assign it as appropriate. When I check the assigned sources I find the extra source has been added for each entry. I've just tried adding a source to an individual and I've found an extra source that I had been working with 3 days ago has also been added. There doesn't appear to be any pattern. The extra source has no relevance to the individual.
