In the Legacy store there is a product called Centennia Historical Atlas
software. It covers boundary changes and country changes in Europe and
the Middle East from the 11th Century (1000 AD) to the present. I do not
think it has place names other than major cities though so you will not
likely find villages and small towns on the maps.
