Barton, When you create the gedcom down and the bottom you will see a button that says. “Record Selection.” Click that and then chose Selected records contained in the focus group. You can Edit the focus group here if you need to.

I created him as a focus group including all descendants. I saved the focus group to line 1 and gave it a name. When I have him selected in Family view and then click File, Expert Gedcom File, then click Select File Name and Start Export, Legacy cannot find the Focus Group on my hard drive.
