Barton and Nancy, I have tested this template against EE and found a couple of different issues. I have entered this into our bug tracking system (issue #5688). The fix will appear in a future update but there is no way to know exactly when that will be. For now you will need to adjust the way you fill out the fields or use the override to get the citation to format like the examples in Evidence Explained Section 14.22.
