Karen:

The problem you are having is you are sharing folders between the Mac and
Windows.  I would recommend you turn off that feature in Parallels and keep
the Windows & Mac filing systems separate.  It really becomes an issue for
Legacy to find the pictures on the Mac side if you share the filing systems.

Once you have done that, then:
you would copy the pictures to the C:\user\My Documents\Legacy\Media\
folder.
Then, attach the pictures from that Windows 7 folder which Legacy expects
to find its pictures.

I use DropBox on both the Mac & Windows side which allows you to place the
picture files in a DropBox folder and then they are available on both the
Mac and Windows side.

Again, the secret is to turn off File Sharing in Parallels between the Mac
& Windows VM.
