Bill,
The reason there is no specific “divorce” template is because a divorce is a 
court case and you should cite it as such.

I use this template
Court Records – Loose Papers > Basic format

Here is a sample citation (this is an annulment but they are cited the same way)

Livingston Parish, Louisiana, 21st Judicial District Court, case 16,869, Mrs. 
Nellie Kelly Simmons vs. Woodrow W. Simmons, judgement of annulment, 05 April 
1968; Judicial Administrator, Livingston.

Subject: [LegacyUG] No Divorce Template in SourceWriter

I was entering divorce records last night and noticed there is no template in 
SourceWriter for divorce records.  Should I be using the marriage template 
instead?  I'm curious as to why there is no divorce template.  A search turned 
up nothing within SourceWriter.  I wish we could create our own templates so 
they could be more customized.
