I can't duplicate either one. You should be getting a message window
saying "This record cannot be edited...." When Legacy freezes, try an
alt-tab to see if the window shows up.

I had no problem saving a Location List report. You might want to
close Legacy then go to Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData\Usr\ and
delete the Location.usr file. When you go back into the report, it
will be recreated. See if that resolves the other error.

If the errors continue, please send in a Problem Report Form from our
website www.LegacyFamilyTree.com > Help Center or through the Support
section of the Legacy Home tab so one of our techs can work with you
on this.
