There's an article on what to do if you get this error on the legacy
website.
This is the first place to look when you get an error.
legacyfamilytree.com - Help Center - Troubleshooting Help.

The direct address for Error 381 is:

The possible solution is to export to a new database. It mentions the
need to override the Privacy Options so that your Private entries come
through. It doesn't mention how to handle your altered Event Sentence
Definitions.
Note that there is a checkbox on the screen: Show Combine options when
event definitions or locations are different.
Make sure that is checked.
Note also that when you are Exporting a file, you are actually Importing
into a new blank database with Legacy default events - so you want to
keep your Incoming definitions from the right side of the screen. When a
difference shows up - read carefully. You don't have to decide one by
one if you read the bottom section carefully. Opt to keep all incoming
definitions.

However, before going to this step, you might want to see if all your
backups of this file have the same problem. It may be better to just
export people modified after the date of your last backup without the
problem and import and merge them OR redo the work for them. Note when
restoring a file, you can give it a new name. I use the family filename
and the date of the backup.

Exporting to a new file loses all your created and modified dates if
they are important to you.
