Family View doesn't show ANY great grandparents. It shows a couple with their respective parents and their children (and optionally children they've had with another partner). By "3 gt grandparents" do you mean 3 generations OR only 3 out of the possible 8 great grandparents of someone? The earlier emails spell out how and where you can see further generations. If you mean the latter please clarify.
