Why would you not scan the will and put it in a folder.  Use  the add media/
document,  to record where you have it stored. You can leave a "note"  or
create an event with the most pertinent data from the will.

record them?

I've come across online images to lots of will books that relate to my
research (yeah! I don't have to pay to have pages copied or travel long
distances to get tot he original books) and although I'm sourcing the
information I get out of them, I'm not sure where the best place to include a
transcribed copy of the will. I realize that "best place" is somewhat
subjective but as I'm still learning the program, I'm sure there are places
that would work well that I've never encountered yet.

I've thought about including it on the general notes for an individual but
I'm not sure I like how that prints on reports.

I'm considering doing a "Will" event and including the text in the notes but
I don't know how that will appear in reports and/or gedcom's.

  Any other ideas/suggestions?

What I do is create a Will Event (which I Share with any of
Executors/Legatees/Witnesses who have an entry in my database) and I give a
summary of the main points of the Will in the Event Notes.  I then create the
Source and attach a copy of the Will as a JPG or PDF (depending on the format
in which I receive it) to the Source Detail and copy a complete transcription
to the Source Detail Text field.

If what you are finding are transcriptions it might seem like overkill to
attach the image AND copy the transcription to the Text field, but it makes
sure you always have the transcription available and easy to read.
