I need help with these items: 1) The Sources print out in the book ok; however, Source Citations is not listed in the Table of Contents with a starting page number. 2) I have a Word document that includes two pictures of people that I am attempting to use in the Introduction Section. When I copy and paste, the text transfers ok, but the pictures do not. How can I do this? 3) I am trying to use The Special Text Entry as an addition to the Chapters of the Book. I have a 50 page word document that contains pictures of wills, other documents, and people that I am attempting to copy and paste and put in the Special Text Entry. I can not get it to happen.
