Hi Cynthia, Election is one of the Legacy defaults so you can import it or copy and paste them yourself from the Sample file. If you only use Legacy default sentences then you can go to View - Master Lists - Event Definitions - and tick Event Definitions. Then click the Options button - Import - then Import Defaults button. If some have been modified and you want to keep the modification, choose to Import from the Sample file and click the Import Lists rather than Import Defaults and then read the screens carefully so you choose the right set of definitions to keep for each event.
OR open the Sample file and in View - Master Lists - Event Definitions open Election and copy the sentences. Definitely a case of needing a Clipboard extender so you can make multiple copies then multiple pastes.
