Can anyone give me any idea how they would categorise a source that doesn't have a title but that I would characterise as a warrant for travel - issued by Lord Stanley, Privy Council member, etc, on Queen's authority, requiring "all those whom it may concern" to allow the named persons to pass freely and to supply assistance and protection, etc? I can't find any standard definition and I try not to create new ones that make my system out of sync with others. Thanks Helen
