To have your web pages viewable on the WWW, you will need to upload (FTP) all 
your files to a web server.
You need a domain name and a web server installed to make your web pages 
viewable via Browser.

Many of the Internet service providers (ISP) (e.g., Cox, Comcast) have created 
a free website user area that you can upload your files.
The only problem is you have to use some long URL that is part of the ISP 
domain name, e.g., www.cox.net/username/area/ 
<http://www.cox.net/username/area/>…
