Interesting. Sounds as if you have the dangers of editing the database direct in Access covered.
It would probably have been as quick to exclude them as to tag them unless you haven't researched each person. And if you haven't researched each person, why not just turn that criteria off in the PP settings? One day I must learn how to use SQL but I've never felt enough need for it to make the effort worthwhile.
