I haven’t tried it just now but I suspect the Find & Replace function would work just fine. Find "Second Generation (Children)" and Replace with "Second Generation (Children)" plus a paragraph character. Within the Find & Replace function, you need to click on the More button at bottom, then the Special button, and finally select the Paragraph character. (you cannot just hit the keyboard carriage-return key to enter the character.) Within the Replace line it will look like a small uparrow-v but Word will interpret that as a paragraph character. As always, work on a backup copy of your report.

As the heading of each "generation" appears, I want a blank line space between the - for example "Second Generation (Children)" and the beginning information for those children. Where is the option to do this? I can find the spacing above it, but I want more spacing below it. Thank for your help.
