Pat, I have had a freeze up problems also on a intermittent basis with no rhyme or reason with W10 & Legacy 8. Yesterday I ran Legacy 8 with a "run as administrator" and so far so good. As with most windows stuff "Your Mileage May Vary." Guess it would not hurt for you to try unless Legacy Support has a particular reason not to run it like that.
