Personally, I don't enter anything in the Title or Suffix field (except notes in privacy brackets eg to quickly identify someone when I have several with the same name) unless the person was born with that Title or Suffix. I add degrees and honours in Events. To me it doesn't make sense to make a practice of entering the birth name, which is standard practice - and then add titles and suffixes that came later.
