I'd use Findagrave as the source. I'm afraid I've not been consistent bur I often put the findagrave url, which includes the grave number, on the Text/Comments tab of the Details screen, then I would say something like, "transcribing xxx [newspaper obit info]. And as Cathy says, finding and citing the original obituary would be a good idea.
