Is the file in Legacy/Data now? If not, it might help to put it there. Then
after you open it from there the first time, the next time it should open
properly. This is just a guess, so I might be wrong.

and search for default start file (or variations on this phrase) you should
find what you need to set the default file to open when Legacy starts.
