>From the image it looks like you are viewing the message using webmail. The attachment is what normally appears as the footer for those receiving messages via email programs such as Thunderbird or outlook. It contains links to the list information page where you can subscribe/unsubscribe or read about the list. I am replying to the lisgt so others who access the messages in a web page will know what the attachment contains and that it is harmless.
