1. Scroll to the bottom
2. enter your email address in the box beside the "Unsubscribe or Edit
options"
3. click on that button
4. If you know it enter your password in the top box and click log in
5. if you have forgotten your password click the Remind button in the
Password reminder section
6. If you want to unsubscribe click the unsubscribe button. The system
will mail you a link where you can click confirm that it is you who
submitted the request and that you want to unsubscribe.
