This is a second test message. Apologies to the list that you get these
when I test the effect of settings in the mail software but I need to
see what impact some settings have on how messages are received.
The LUG list messages all got changed to attachments again with my last
experiment. I have cancelled that setting so this message should arrive
looking normal.
