We have a list of user groups here:

groups listed from England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Nor did
I see anything in the list of places where someone is interested in
forming a new group. You have already followed one of the suggestions on
the page, posted to this list to see if there is interest by anyone near
you.
