I do not know what these emails are that you're talking about - I do not
receive them.
But it could be something to do with the fact that you are using a Yahoo
email address, and Yahoo does not play nicely with this mailing list.
Every post that comes in to my mail box from a Yahoo address is attached
to the post as an attachment. Several people have commented that they
will not open attachments, and that's fair enough. My email program
displays the content, so I see your messages (and have copied them below).
One solution could be to use an email address from another provider that
doesn't have this reaction. There are plenty of free email services
around - Gmail is one which I use and recommend.
In any case, please don't post your gripes about administration matters
to the list. We can't help you, only the list administrator(s) can.
Write to the list-owner's account -
[email protected] - and you will reach the person
you need.

This action is required because of the DMARC Reject/Quarantine Policy
imposed by some email providers. Users who want to send messages
without conversion to attachments should use a different email address
for their subscription.
Known providers for free email accounts whose emails do not require
this conversion include gmail.com and hotmail.com. Many other email
providers will also work but you will have to give them a try.
I am receiving 20-40 emails a day addressed to [Legacy UG] from user
group members.
I thought that the issue would be resolved after a time but they
keep coming!!
