First note that many on the list won't read your email as it comes as an
attachment because you have a Yahoo address. I've found a way for my
email program to show the content.
Re the File ID Report.
You don't sound as if you're doing anything wrong.
I have seen this and unfortunately can't think what I did to see the
actual report.
Probably just clicked the Reset button for the Report and tried again.
It may help to do a Check/Repair
I may have closed and reopened Legacy or even restarted the computer.
If you still can't get a result, I suggest you contact Support.
