Pat,

Name List Report
You can Print from the Name List.
You can choose to include the fields you want in that report.

I use it mainly to print a Search List to csv so you can sort in a Spreadsheet program.

Susie,
For a one-name study, if you haven't discovered the Name List Print to csv, it may be the answer you are looking for. If you are using Excel as your Spreadsheet program, because it doesn't recognise dates before 1901, it's a good idea to change your date setting before you export to YYYY-MM-DD at Options - Customise 5.1 so a text sort on the date column sorts them in date order.

Martha, you might need to contact support direct re the error you are getting.

The Individual Report can be found by selecting CHART REPORTS.

I just experimented and was rather pleased with the result – and I
don’t have the biggest system and run Windows 7 with the latest Legacy
Deluxe.

Individual Report:

Selected ALL options except Chronological Report.

Included images everywhere including event images – for example I have
one with more than 50 events and more than 40 with images!

I have a PDF Printer installed so I PRINTED to that printer.

14 minutes from start to finish.

29355 Individuals

9617 Families

322 Sources

Result 30,973 pages

Name Index: pp. 30178-30973

Source citations: 26950 pp. 29444-30177

Individual Reports: pp. 1-29443

Playing with this has given me ideas on how to use it for my “one
place study” – previously I used to extract via GEDCOM to another
program then spend days modifying and keeping my fingers crossed.
This may be a better solution!

Hope that helps someone.

Regards … Susie Z

Thanks for your detailed instructions, Robert. But what is a name list
report; I can't find it.

Good Morning Sherry,
I did as you suggested and tried to create a pdf of the whole
database.
The process gets as far as letting me create a file name, then
goes to "collecting", then shuts down the program.
