I would suggest you re-evaluate the concept of "sourcing" a photograph, but
rather consider the three prong approach:

1) The fact (the person was buried and what the inscription says and who
else buried in the plot).
2) The "thing" that makes you consider this fact to be true - in this case:
your personal observation of headstones in this cemetery
3) The location of this "thing" - unless it is self-explanatory from the
fact or the "thing" that supports the fact - where can you find it.

In this case, I would suggest:

Your fact is a burial, in a cemetery, with a given inscription, and nearby
graves.

Your source is: "Personal cemetery visit by L. Smith on 04/10/2016" (or the
date could be in the citation, not the source).

Your location (of the burial) and associated info is evident from what you
enter into the fact: Cemetery name, headstone inscription, headstone
location (gps if possible, or directions of the cemetery and within the
cemetery. Some software offers different places for this info - or within
entry boxes within the source itself.

The photograph itself? It's simply a media item attached to this citation
for this source. It doesn't require "sourcing", although info for the date
and photographer should be entered in the software in an appropriate spot;
so that info can be revealed if the photo is disclosed in a web page or
report.
