Is it a problem of retroactively changing the default to “include on reports”?
I don’t think that will change the settings of existing comments.

Hm--odd -- I've got my default set to include comments -- but it doesn't do it
unless I check it on the Comments tab! I don't understand the discrepancy!

Thanks, Don, Good idea. However it doesn't work unless I check "Include on
reports" under the Comments tag -- hope I remember to do that!

Pat,

Try creating a Source Citations report (save to pdf), with Comments included.
Then search the pdf for the text you are interested in. It will be listed
under the Source Name.

Thanks, Brian, the problem is that gives me a list of individuals when all i
want is the name of the source. I guess there's no way to get that?

Look for whom: Individual
Where to look: Source-Citation
How to look: your choice, I used contains since that will look anywhere in the
fields
What to look for: The text you want to find.

The citation search will look in all of the citation fields including text and
comments.
