It's years since I've used this report and kept it. I notice that I used the Heading Layout Tab and changed the Page Headings to: Descendants of [HusbGivenNames] & [WifeGivenNames] [HusbSurname]
I'm not sure whether the Table of Contents picks up from these Headers.
I didn't include a Table of Contents.

Thank you. Actually I was getting no name at all. But, the male name is now
showing. Don't know how I got it to work, but am very happy I now have a
name printing.

each in multiple descent report

Your assumption is incorrect. The Multiple Lines of Descent is based on only one member of the couple and that is the name which is used in the Table of
Contents(TOC). The default is to use the male member, to use the female
member for the line precede the MRIN with a plus sign then her name will be
in the TOC.

In a multiple descent book report, I cannot get the
name of each couple to print on table of contents page. Am I omitting
a check in a box somewhere to get the name to print? I supposed the
name would print automatically because of the MRIN.
