I can put what ever i want the notes files but as i said it don't show up on the front. In the events list cause of death isnt even listed.

In the sources i can list the facts but that all. If a Cause of Death is showing in the Cause of Death field in Family View you will need to got that person's Notes and select the Medical tab. On that screen you can add, delete or edit a Cause of Death.
